Springfield Scene Magazine 2020 Issue 5 (Sep/Oct) is available at Barnes & Noble, The Corkscrew and our office at 1315 W. Lawrence Ave.  Subscribers will receive their magazine in the mail.   4000 complimentary copies are being mailed to a random sample of our 12,000 home address list.  

In our 5th issue for 2020:

  • A profile of Sangamon Co. Sheriff Jack Campbell;
  • District 186 Superintendent, Jennifer Gill talks about the District 186 challenges;  
  • Frank and Peg Lynch, are the United Way Chairpersons for 2020.  They have a great perspective on the importance of giving to the United Way campaign.

In ArtScene, Gus Gordon profiles a local artist and illustrator, Felicia Olin.  We also present many photos of her work.

  • HomeScene features the beautiful home of Gale and Randy Wolter.  They have done a wonderful job of maintaining a home built by the Lanphier family in 1915.
