FastScore Productions & Timing Services Quarterly Update - Road Racing is back!
Hello Runners, Here is our quarterly update on FASTSCORE Productions events and training programs.
Long Distance Group Running
June, July, August, September, October
Every Sunday morning through October 4th we are hosting long run sessions where you can join others and get your long run miles in for the week. The distances are broken up into 4-6 mile loops so there will be a route for everyone regards of what you are training for. We include water stations and maps. We meet on the south side of the Hy-Vee Grocery Store in front of the Board of Elections building starting at 6am or 7am. To join us go to the Long Distance Running Facebook group, ask to be invited. You'll be able to see our routes and plans for that weekend. A $2 contribution each week is required to participate.
West of Wise - Run for the Rose 5K on August 1st
West of Wise Winery is hosting their annual Run for the Rose 5K on August 1st. There is still time sign up. Here's the link.
The Koke Mile Run - A one mile race - August 15th
The Springfield Running Center is hosting the first run of its kind on the west side of Springfield. How fast is your one mile run? The run begins in waves according to your estimated finish time in front of the Gailey Eye Clinic on Koke Mill Road and finishes in front of Home Plate Pub and Grill at Ginger Creek and Koke Mill.
