It will be a good time with food, drink and post-race fun at the Capital City Striders first official event!
The event date is May 19th at the beautiful Southwind Park. This is a family-friendly event where walking, jogging or running is welcome. Of course, there will be top finisher awards but everyone will receive a T-shirt (not guaranteed after May 8th registration) and a finisher prize.
SCHEELS is our major sponsor and we are excited to have them become our top sponsor.
Proceeds will go to animal rescue in Sangamon County.
