Capital City Striders Still An Easy Session This Evening - 5:45pm in Washington Park

Tonight I'll be out there by 5:15 for those who didn't get theirs picked up last week.  We start promptly at 5:45 and will do a 35-minute session with a 5-minute stretching session before we head out.  Southside of the Tennis Court area in Washington Park.

I've got a few (women's small, medium and large) of the Capital City Striders Stretch Tech-Shell® Compass Quarter-Zip for sale.  If you were there last Monday I was wearing it.  The logo is embroidered and looks great.   $45 each.  Let me know and I'll send you a PayPal invoice.
